All presenters and non-presenters must be registered in the ICETECH 2026 Conference Management System. Participation is strictly personal and may not be delegated to another individual.

Seluruh presenter dan non-presenter wajib terdaftar dalam Sistem Manajemen Konferensi ICETECH 2026. Keikutsertaan bersifat pribadi dan tidak dapat diwakilkan kepada orang lain.

Participants must join the session using their own Zoom accounts and the same email address provided during ICETECH 2026 registration.

Peserta wajib bergabung menggunakan akun Zoom pribadi dan alamat email yang sama dengan yang digunakan saat registrasi ICETECH 2026.

Participants must use a display name that corresponds to their registration details and follows this format: [Room Number]_[Full Name and Academic Degree]. Participants without academic degrees should use their full names only.

Peserta wajib menggunakan nama tampilan yang sesuai dengan data registrasi dan mengikuti format: [Nomor Ruangan]_[Nama Lengkap dan Gelar Akademik]. Peserta tanpa gelar akademik cukup mencantumkan nama lengkap.

Participants must notify the organizing committee before leaving a session temporarily. The committee reserves the right to restrict re-entry in cases of prolonged absence without prior notification.

Peserta wajib memberi tahu panitia sebelum meninggalkan sesi untuk sementara waktu. Panitia berhak membatasi akses masuk kembali apabila peserta tidak hadir dalam waktu lama tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

Participants must keep their cameras on and microphones muted throughout the session, except when invited by the moderator to speak or respond.

Peserta wajib mengaktifkan kamera dan menonaktifkan mikrofon selama sesi berlangsung, kecuali ketika dipersilakan oleh moderator untuk berbicara atau memberikan tanggapan.

Presenters must be ready at least 10 minutes before the session begins. Each presenter is allocated 10 minutes for the presentation. A 10-minute question-and-answer session will follow every three presentations.

Presenter wajib siap paling lambat 10 menit sebelum sesi dimulai. Setiap presenter memperoleh waktu 10 menit untuk presentasi. Sesi tanya jawab selama 10 menit dilaksanakan setelah setiap tiga presentasi.

Participants must use the Raise Hand feature or submit questions via the Zoom Chat feature and wait for the moderator’s invitation before speaking.

Peserta wajib menggunakan fitur Raise Hand atau menyampaikan pertanyaan melalui fitur Chat pada Zoom, serta menunggu persetujuan moderator sebelum berbicara.

Questions and comments must be concise, relevant, clearly articulated, and expressed in a courteous and professional manner.

Pertanyaan dan tanggapan harus disampaikan secara singkat, relevan, jelas, serta menggunakan bahasa yang santun dan profesional.

Full attendance requires participation in the conference proceedings on both October 22 and 23, 2026. Attendance will be verified through the ICETECH 2026 Conference Management System.

Kehadiran penuh mensyaratkan keikutsertaan dalam rangkaian konferensi pada 22 dan 23 Oktober 2026. Kehadiran akan diverifikasi melalui Sistem Manajemen Konferensi ICETECH 2026.

Certificates will be available for download through participants’ accounts upon successful attendance verification. Participants whose attendance has not been verified will not be able to access the certificate download feature.

Sertifikat dapat diunduh melalui akun peserta setelah kehadiran berhasil diverifikasi. Peserta yang kehadirannya belum terverifikasi tidak dapat mengakses fitur pengunduhan sertifikat.
