Paper Templates

Please use the official ICETECH 2026 templates when preparing your manuscript. Authors are required to select the appropriate template according to the type of submission and the operating system used.

To ensure consistent formatting, please do not modify the predefined styles, page layout, margins, fonts, or other formatting settings provided in the template.

Abstract Template

Use this template for the initial abstract submission to ICETECH 2026.

Abstract Submission Notes: Please replace the sample text with your own title, author information, affiliation, abstract, and keywords. Keep all predefined formatting and styles unchanged. Save the completed file using an identifiable filename, for example: FirstAuthor_Abstract_ICETECH2026.docx.

Full Paper Template

Authors whose abstracts have been accepted should prepare their full manuscripts using the official ICETECH 2026 Full Paper Template.

The Word proceedings template provides predefined styles for manuscript elements such as the title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, headings, figures, tables, equations, and references.   Authors are advised to replace the sample content with their manuscript content while retaining the predefined formatting.

Important Instructions

1. Choose the correct template. Windows users should use the Windows version, while Microsoft Word for Mac users should use the dedicated Mac version.
2. Do not remove or change the predefined styles.
3. When copying text from another Word document, use caution because the original formatting may be retained and may not automatically conform to the template styles. The official instructions recommend reapplying the appropriate predefined styles after pasting.
4. For macro-enabled full-paper templates (.docm), authors may need to Enable Editing and Enable Content/Macros when prompted by Microsoft Word. Macro availability depends on the security settings of the user's Word installation.
5. Authors should prepare the final manuscript using Microsoft Word desktop, particularly when working with the macro-enabled template.
6. Before submission, carefully check the manuscript for completeness and formatting consistency.
