Presentation Guidelines and Official Slide Template

All presenters are encouraged to prepare their presentation slides using the official ICETECH 2026 template. Please follow the template design and the conference guidelines to ensure a consistent and professional presentation experience.

The following information summarizes the key requirements for presenters participating in the ICETECH 2026 conference.

1. Presentation Guidelines

• Use the official ICETECH 2026 presentation slide template.
• Include the presentation title, author name(s), and institutional affiliation(s).
• Present the background, research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions clearly and concisely, where applicable.
• Ensure that text, figures, tables, and references are readable.
• Check spelling, slide consistency, and the accuracy of the information before presenting.
• Follow the session schedule and any additional instructions provided by the conference committee.

4. Virtual Conference Rules

Registration and Participation

All presenters and non-presenters must be registered in the ICETECH 2026 Conference Management System. Participation is personal and may not be delegated to another individual.

Zoom Account Requirements

Join the session using your own Zoom account and the same email address used during conference registration.

Zoom Display Name Format

Use a display name that matches your registration details and follows this format:

Example: Room 1_Dr. Pujiati, M.Si. Participants without academic degrees should use their full names only.

Camera and Microphone Protocol

Keep your camera on and microphone muted throughout the session, except when invited by the moderator to speak or respond.

Leaving and Re-entering Sessions

Notify the organizing committee before temporarily leaving a session. Re-entry may be restricted in cases of prolonged absence without prior notification.

5. Discussion and Q&A Guidelines

• Use the Zoom Raise Hand feature or submit questions through Zoom Chat.
• Wait for the moderator's invitation before speaking.
• Keep questions and comments concise, relevant, and clearly articulated.
• Use courteous and professional language when asking questions or responding to others.

6. Attendance and Certificates

• Full attendance requires participation in the conference proceedings October 22, 2026.
• Attendance will be verified through the ICETECH 2026 Conference Management System.
• Certificates will be available for download through participants' accounts after successful attendance verification.
• Participants whose attendance has not been verified will not be able to access the certificate download feature.
