Peer Review Process

1. All abstracts submitted to ICETECH 2026 will undergo an initial screening and review process. The abstract review is scheduled for 20–23 September 2026, and the abstract acceptance notification is planned for 24 September 2026.
2. Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit their full papers. Full paper submission is scheduled for 24–30 September 2026, followed by an initial full paper review and screening on 30 September–1 October 2026.
3. The notification of full paper acceptance for the conference is scheduled for 2 October 2026. Accepted authors will then participate in the Paper Coaching Clinic on 5 October 2026 and may improve their manuscripts during the pre-conference revision period, 6–15 October 2026.
4. Accepted papers will be presented at ICETECH 2026 on 22–23 October 2026. Following the conference presentation, manuscripts will undergo a post-conference full paper review from 24 October to 5 November 2026.
5. Authors who receive revision requests are expected to submit their revised manuscripts during 6–15 November 2026. The organizing and editorial committee will conduct the final verification from 16–20 November 2026.
6. Papers that successfully complete the review, revision, and final verification process will proceed to the publication track selection stage on 21–25 November 2026. Eligible papers may be directed to Atlantis Press Proceedings or a partner journal, subject to the scope, quality requirements, and editorial policies of the respective publication outlet.
7. Acceptance for presentation does not automatically guarantee publication. Final publication depends on the completion of the review and revision process, fulfillment of editorial requirements, and approval by the selected publisher or journal.
